By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, registering for a service, making a payment, booking a session or participating in any Ravemora programme, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

Ravemora Learning Hub is an online learning and professional development service operated by Ravemora Global.

Assessment results and counselling recommendations should be considered as guidance and decision-support, not as a guarantee or determination of a person's future.
Where a service involves a qualified psychologist, counsellor or other professional, their professional scope and qualifications will be identified appropriately.
AI and Assessment-Based Services
Some services may use AI-enabled technologies, assessment tools or third-party assessment systems.
Such technology may be used to support:

AI-generated or assessment-based information should not be treated as infallible.

9. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refunds

Sessions may be rescheduled subject to the programme's scheduling and cancellation conditions.
Repeated late cancellations or failure to attend a scheduled session may result in the session being treated as delivered.

Whether live sessions have been attended
Whether assessments or services have already been delivered

Counselling and assessment services
Once an assessment has been initiated or a counselling service has been substantially delivered, refund eligibility may be affected because the service may involve personalised professional time and/or third-party assessment costs.

Session Attendance
Participants are expected to attend scheduled sessions on time.
For live online programmes:
Participants are responsible for having a suitable internet connection and device.
Participants should join using the designated meeting link.
Late arrival may reduce available session time.
Missed sessions may not automatically qualify for a replacement session.
Where a session is cancelled by Ravemora or the assigned mentor/coach, Ravemora will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session or provide an appropriate alternative.

These materials are provided for the registered participant's personal learning purposes unless otherwise stated.

Programme structure
is owned by or licensed to Ravemora or its respective content owners.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, upload, commercially exploit or substantially copy Ravemora materials without prior written permission.
This does not prevent you from using the knowledge and skills you independently acquire through a programme for your personal education or professional work.
Recordings
Certain live programmes may be recorded for learning, quality, administrative or security purposes.
Where a session is recorded, participants may be informed through the relevant programme or session arrangements.
Participants must not record, reproduce, distribute or publicly publish Ravemora sessions, mentor sessions or other participants' content without appropriate permission.
Where recording is not part of the programme, participants should not independently record a session without permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Ravemora services responsibly.
You must not:
Harass or threaten mentors, coaches, counsellors, staff or other learners
Use abusive or discriminatory language
Impersonate another person
Share another participant's private information
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Ravemora systems
Distribute malicious software
Misuse assessment systems
Copy or distribute protected course materials
Resell access to a programme
Share personal login credentials where accounts are provided
Disrupt live sessions
Use Ravemora services for unlawful purposes
Ravemora may restrict or terminate access where there is serious or repeated misuse.
Mentor and Learner Interaction
Ravemora may facilitate interactions between learners and mentors/coaches.
Learners should use professional and respectful communication.
Mentors and coaches should also maintain appropriate professional boundaries.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, Ravemora does not authorise participants or mentors to enter into separate commercial arrangements using Ravemora's services or participant information.
Any such arrangement outside the Ravemora programme is undertaken independently and may not be covered by the programme purchased from Ravemora.
Technology Requirements

Ravemora is not responsible for interruptions caused solely by the participant's:
